Paul Alexandrov, MD
RESIDENCY: Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center
MEDICAL CENTERl: Ross University School of Medicine
UNDERGRADUATE: Boston College
I’m a board-certified internal medicine physician, and for over a decade, I’ve been on the front lines of healthcare—caring for thousands of patients in some of the most underserved communities in the country. I earned my undergraduate degree from Boston College, went on to Ross University for medical school, and completed my residency training at Brookdale Medical Center in Brooklyn. Those years sharpened my clinical skills and gave me a firsthand understanding of the deep, systemic challenges within our current healthcare system.
Again and again, I saw preventable conditions like type 2 diabetes and heart disease take root in people’s lives. It became clear that our healthcare system is built to treat disease, not to prevent it. That realization pushed me to explore a different path—one grounded in the science of prevention, longevity, and health optimization.
I created clrbody to bring that vision to life. This practice is my answer to the system’s shortcomings: a concierge-style, prevention-first model where time, personalization, and long-term strategy are central. My mission is simple—to help people not just live longer, but live better, with more energy, clarity, and control over their health.

Marianna Zaslavsky, MBA
MASTERS: Columbia Business School
UNDERGRADUATE: Columbia University
My role model (my mom) instilled in me a strong sense of self-care from early on. I grew up watching her exercise daily, cook real whole foods, meditate, and apply all sorts of skin care products. I thought she was invincible health-wise. That is, until she was diagnosed with cancer. Luckily, while she is cancer-free today, I wondered what could have been done to prevent a diagnosis and whether the current healthcare system was set up to do so (which, spoiler alert, it’s not).
While her self-care routines became my own habits and I would call myself very “healthy”, her surprise diagnosis sent me down a spiral of concern about my own potential diagnosis. I felt very alone, didn’t know what lifestyle changes I needed to make to reduce my risks and hit many insurance-related roadblocks to get myself properly tested and monitored. As someone who has worked professionally on the business side of healthcare for many years and knows the shortfalls of our healthcare system intimately, I was still disappointed.
I became certified in health coaching through Harvard University to deepen my understanding of lifestyle health strategies to prevent chronic disease like cancer. With the existing foundation I have in operating venture-backed healthcare startups like Modern Fertility and Boulder Care, I co-founded clrbody to build the kind of care I believe we all deserve: proactive, data-driven, and focused on helping individuals make small, meaningful changes that compound over time and extend our healthy years.
My job at CLRBODY is to help ensure the customer experience, community and brand reflect Dr. Paul’s unique clinical philosophy. I’m so excited to have the opportunity to work by his side and empower our members to take control of their health through personalized, long-term focused guidance.
Take the first step towards discovering optimal health.
